Delivery
Open Circle aims to deliver 99% of orders within the following time frames:

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your product within the above time frame please contact the Open Circle and we will rectify the problem immediately.
You will be e-mailed as soon as you order is dispatched. The price of twenty euro per recording includes postage to all countries and the postage of a personalised recording is also included in the price.
Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Please also allow and extra seven working days for each personalised recording that you order.
CDs will always be posted in discrete packaging.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please return your product in perfect condition and with the security seal intact within seven days and you will receive a full refund minus the postage cost. Please see the contact page for our postal address. This does not affect your statutory rights.
