| When I was a child the circle was my favorite shape, it still is. I can remember one summer's day walking along a sandy beach drawing shapes by dragging my toes in the sand. The tide was coming in but before it reached me I had time to draw just one more circle. As I looked down at this circle in the sand, I realised that I was out side of it, there was no way into the circle or out. Of course being a child I just jumped into the centre of the circle and that solved the problem. As I stood within the closed circle the water rolled on top of the sand getting closer and closer until the wave just bit off a tiny section of the circle freeing me from inside. Eventually the tide water wiped out the entire circle but somewhere in my mind as a child it had a deep impact on how I view the world now. A circle can be something that you are either inside or out of. Now imagine you have a problem, a phobia or a bad habit for example that you have lived with but like a closed circle you are either locked into the problem or locked out of the solution. Unlike a child who can jump in or out of the circle in the sand real life isn't that easy but by opening this circle a tide of solutions bursts through. The Open Circle represents the fact that there is always more than one solution to any problem.

Each tailor made recording is accompanied by a response to your dilemma and is unique to your life and the change you require.

| If time heals all wounds then why are there so many people with deep psychological scars? Perhaps the person who came up with that saying was a nurse and in that case time usually does heal the wound. When applied to the mind however the saying looses it meaning, time never heals a psychological would, if it did then all the children who experience abuse would grow up as adults with no psychological problems. Time may bury a wound in the past, deny the wound, and even forget the wound or believe it has healed, but time never forgets and time alone never healed a psychological wound. In fact time may turn a psychological scar into a physical form of pain e.g. back pain, headaches, stomach aches etc. Time alone won’t do much for you but it is what you do within that time that matters. Today, use your time to change you. |
