| What is Hypnosis? |
A sleep like state induced by a hypnotist whereby the individual responds to suggestions used to improve a persons life. |
|
How is hypnosis Induced? |
The hypnotist relaxes you as you listen to the sound of their voice. Once in a relaxed state the hypnotist brings you into deep trance using guided imagery and progressive relaxation. |
|
Can I be made do things I am uncomfortable with? |
Simply put, NO! An individual will only respond to suggestions that will have a positive impact upon their life. Suggestions that contradict ones morals, beliefs, religion and ethics would cause an individual to come out of trance, however in practice suggestions that contradict a persons beliefs etc are never not given. |
